  New Business:

   A. Resolution 2017-A delegating to the town administrator authority to legally bind th Town of Eatonville for the sole purpose of requesting Federal Reimbursement. Will authorize the town administrator to sign the grant reimbursement requests and certify the report is true, complete, accurate and the expenditures, disbursements and cash receipts are for the purposes and objectives set forth in the terms of conditions of the Federal award.    B. Executive Session to discuss legal risk of a proposed action, RCW 42.36.110.

  C. Resolution 2016-XX remanding the Aviator Heights preliminary plat to the Planning Commission for reconsideration of a new proposal and subsequent public comment. On December 12, 2016 Councilmember Bob Thomas handed out Resolution 2016-XX before the council meting and requested it be put on the agenda. There was no discussion during the meeting regarding Resolution 2016-XX and no formal motion made by a member to add the Resolution to the agenda.
    Councilmember Thomas asked that this Resolution be put on the January 9, 2017 agenda,  The town attorney refutes the Resolution...

   D. Council Vacancies - There are two applicants to replace the council seat left by Abby Gribi who left the council to take the job of town administrator. The applicants are: William Dunn who applied December 12, 2016 and Brad McBeain who filed December 15, 2016.
