OF PROPOSAL: Rezone 201 Rainier
Ave North, Eatonville, WA 98328, (PARCEL # 3605000420), from MF-1
(Multifamily medium density) to C-1 (Downtown Commercial).
PROPONENT: Ronald “Grins” Pierce.
LEAD
AGENCY: Town of Eatonville. The lead agency for this proposal has
determined that it does not have a probable
significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact
statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21c.0030(2)(c). This decision
was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other
information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to
the public on request. This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340-(2); the lead
agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
Comments must be submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 16, 2007.

Rainier Ave N, The Crestview
Apartments.
The town has received an application for a rezone of tax parcel
3605000420, the property upon which the Crestview apartments are located.
Town Staff is requesting that a public hearing date be set for
February 20, 2007 at 7 p.m.
“I move to set a public hearing of
the planning commission for February 20, 2007 at 7 p.m. to evaluate a
request for a rezone of real property, tax parcel 3605000420, located at
201 Rainier Avenue N, and known as the Crestview Apartments.”
A SEPA Determination was issued in
regard to this rezone request and was posted on 02/01/2007.
The comment period for SEPA closes on 02/16/2007.
