The Anonymous Petition...

     If this document had been submitted to ENN it would not have been published because it lacked a name. It could come from anywhere. On the other hand the petition has been published because it is unidentifiable. Go Figure! What is it about about people who are so frightened they remain anonymous and hide in the shadows? What are they afraid of?
